Demetrios RN 98249 Tiered unclassified dresses

Loved this dress, bought it at a consignment shop in January, the previous owner bought it for 1700 and never wore it and unfortunately I never did either. I took it to the tailor because the bust was too big and the hips a little tight and while she fixed the hips she did nothing to the bust and when I would lift my arms my breasts would lift out of the dress so she told me not to lift my arms up during the wedding. At that point it was about a month to the wedding in a different city so I ended up going with a different dress that fit better and was easier to alter. I was really sad to not wear this but unfortunately the timing just did not work. I'm not sure how best to measure the bust because the cups are molded and don't lay flat but I am about a 32B and I'd say there was at least an inch to go bust wise. My waist size is 27 but the dress may be a touch under and hips 36. There is about half an inch seam allowance on both sides I'd say it is a little smaller than a street size 2.
